DELIVERY CHARGES AND CONDITIONS
1. Cash on delivery all over Bangladesh, Full payment in advance for Sundarban
courier delivery.
2. Delivery charges in Dhaka are BDT 80 per 500 gm, and outside Dhaka are BDT
120 per 500 gm. It takes 48-168 hours to deliver the Parcel.
3. Delivery agents are- Pathao, E-courier, Redx, Paperfly and Shundarban courier
service.
All charges are set by the delivery agents.
EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After purchasing from Shinduq Website or App, customers can claim an exchange.
Please follow the following instructions:
1. Products must be in their original condition. Exchange within 3 days.
2. Items should be unused and intact to be eligible for exchange.
3. Exchange is only applicable for stock. If the stock is unavailable, the client can
choose another product for the exchange within a similar or higher price range.
4. There will be no monetary compensation for the exchange.5. Exchange is not applicable on products purchased during the sale.
6. If the honorable customer gets any cashback at the time of payment, the cashback
amount will be deducted while making the refund.
7. The customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. Shinduk not
be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to the Shinduq
warehouse.
8. With order ID details and problems, e-mail us info@shindukshop.com. Within 12
hours. We will confirm the return request and inform you about the pickup process.
Return policies:
Our products are packaged with great care and go through a rigorous quality check
before they are shipped. If you receive products that have flaws, Damage or Broken,
you can return them or request that the product be exchanged.
1. Return is free within 3 days of purchase.
2. If the Return is claimed after 3 days Shinduq will not take any responsibilities.
3. Customers can return the products that they do not like. In that case, they have
to bear the delivery charges.
4. If the product is damaged or broken while delivering the product, you must call
and inform us in front of the Deliveryman. You can call us at 01814305555 or send
an email to info@shinduq.com. If for some reason you can’t receive the product
yourself, you must inform the person who received the product instead of you. No
such complaint will be admissible after the delivery man has left.
5. If the product or number is not correct while receiving the product your Invoice
number and the product received are not the same, you just need to call and inform
us in front of the delivery man. We will deliver the missing products to you within
24-72 hours and you do not have to pay any extra delivery charge. No such
complaint will be admissible after the delivery man has left.
Refund:
Shinduq will process your refund according to the following refund types1. Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the
warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read
our Return Policy.
2. Refunds from cancelled orders – Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation
is successfully processed.
3. In case of any refund, the received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted
with the refund amount.
No cancellation on order or refund after order confirmation (pre-order):
Once confirmed, the payment must be made. We won’t be able to exchange, refund,
or accept any cancellation as the product is pre-order or booked during sale time.
